The northern region of Rio de Janiero remains muddy and in shatters after approximately 560 people died from mudslides and rains that over took the area several days ago. The towns are seeing coffins being loaded by the truckload with victims quickly buried to avoid spread of disease. Some towns have burial mandates that must be completed by this evening, 5:00 p.m. even if the victims have not been identified.
