Undocumented Immigrant Awaits Deportation After Causing Crash
Drunk driver, Carlos Montano, crashed Sunday morning into a vehicle carrying three nuns in Prince William County, VA. One sister was killed in the collision and two were critically injured. The undocumented immigrant has been arrested twice on charges of drunk driving and was taken into custody by ICE officials in both instances. ICE officials released him on his own recognizance and reported that he appeared every time the agency requested, while awaiting final deportation proceedings.
Secretary Napolitano Chief of the Department of Homeland Security has ordered an immediate review of the circumstances leading to Mr. Montano’s release during his first drunk driving arrest.
