Today in 1989 Breaking Bad actress Emily Rios was born in Los Angeles, California.
This Taurus beauty’s talent was introduced to the world in 2006 with her starring role in ‘Quinceañera’ where she portrayed Mexican-American teen Magdalena. The movie won the Sundance Film Festival Grand Jury Prize and the Audience Award.
Rios, who is Mexican-American, has also found success in different television series including the FX series ‘The Bridge’ and her biggest success to date playing Andrea Cantillo, Jesse’s girlfriend, in the wildly popular ‘Breaking Bad’ series. The openly gay actress has often spoken of the challenges being “Mexican and a lesbian” but has always enjoyed the support of her loving family.
Rios most recently starred alongside Ryan Phillipe in the first season of USA Network’s ‘Shooter’ playing Nadine Memphis, an ambitious young FBI agent.
