National Hispanic Corporate Council Announces a 6 Month “Igniting Success” Nationwide Campaign Tour
National Hispanic Corporate Council (NHCC), President & CEO Pat Martinez has announced a six month nationwide “Igniting Success” campaign tour which will take her to various states across the country. This initiative will bring together NHCC local corporate partners, community leaders, local organizations and businesses. Its goal and mission is to address corporate and community issues, acknowledge the achievements of local stakeholders, and community leaders and put a plan of action in place that affect Diversity and Inclusion initiatives for Fortune 1000 companies regarding recruitment, retention, and sustainability.
The nationwide tour, which will be hosted by NHCC member companies in that state, will focus heavily on providing information and resources to sustain profitable growth in the Hispanic marketplace. “Igniting Success” means we are launching a ‘plan of action’ for maximizing opportunity among Fortune 1000 corporations and creating a climate of growth,” said Pat Martinez. “We ignite success by leveraging the talents and resources of our members to improve economic opportunities for all. We want to hear, discuss and participate in local discussions as the NHCC is the voice of corporate America for diversity and inclusion, creating a climate of growth and success to benefit all.”
In addition to the NHCC’s Corporate Executive Leadership Program, corporate Member Meetings, Think Tanks, CEO Forums, Webinar Series, and Functional Interest Network opportunities, the NHCC will cultivate and even deepen its relationships further with the launch of “Igniting Success” Campaign Tour. “The NHCC is a leader in knowledge development and we continue to provide our member companies with a multi-layered approach and valuable resources to effectively maximize the diversity of the Hispanic market. We will continue to excel in this unique space to enhance our organization to increase the return on investment to our membership in ways that will impact their bottom line and sustainable growth,” concludes Martinez.
