Police are reporting that last night in separate shooting incidents 4 people were killed while another 13 were wounded. The Back of the Yards murder victim has been identified as 28 year old Beto Rodriguez. He was shot Sunday morning at approximately 3:00 a.m. at the 4900 block of South Wolcott.
