This week a group of gunmen executed several officers of the Assistant State Police. The executions occurred in the port of Acapulco, Guerrero. The first murder occurred in the neighborhood of a factory that policeman Vargas Antonio Serrano was guarding. It is a beer distributor. The officer was confronted by a group of armed men and executed. The thugs stole his Beretta gun.

Later that same day there was another violent incident in the area of Constituent Avenue and Avenue Mexico in the colony Bella Vista. Unknown hit men executed three people being identified as Theodore Cantu Altamirano, Alejandro Hernandez Bustamante, who worked as a taxi driver, and policeman Jose Mercedes Adame de la Cruz, whose police gun was also stolen.
