E! News is reporting Demi Lovato will join the judges panel on the upcoming season of Fox’s X Factor.

The 19-year-old former Disney princess has reportedly signed on to be the fourth judge of the talent program, joining Simon Cowell, L.A. Reid and fellow pop star Britney Spears.

The show will return in September and while the price tag on the contract has not been disclosed, Britney Spears reportedly received $15 million for a single season (more than J.Lo was given for one season of American Idol).

In January, Cowell relieved Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger of their judges seats.

A formal announcement regarding the addition of Lovato and Spears is expected to be made at the Fox Upfronts today, with the two already spotted in NYC.

It has been speculated that the network initially approached fellow former-Disney starlet Miley Cyrus, but after she turned down the offer, the show scrambled to get Lovato on board.
