This alert gives notice to the residents of Beat #811, Chicago Lawn (8th) District of a male white offender, who made sexual comments to a young female victim. On August 6, 2011 at approximately 4:15 P.M., the offender approached a young female victim and told her she was pretty. He then asked her to show him her private parts and asked her if she would touch his private parts. The victim fled into the Hale Park field house. As the victim looked back she observed the offender enter a vehicle and drive away.

Offender description:
• Male White • 50-60 years of age • Reddish blonde hair mixed with gray (Natural style) • Large nose and freckles on the face • Wearing a blue and white checkered shirt and blue jeans
Vehicle description:
• Mid size, 4-door • White with a black stripe on the side • Possibly a spotlight on the driver’s side front
