Demi Lovato was forced to stop her concert in Paraguay after a overly enthusiastic fan jumped the stage and embraced the singer in an awkward hug.

The incident occurred after the singer encouraged the audience to move a bit closer to the stage.

As soon as the fan jumped on stage, security rushed to place her back with the rest of the audience, however, this encouraged other fans to also jump on the stage.

Demi was forced to get off the stage and when the singer was finally able to come back on the stage she reportedly told the audience to “chill out”.
