Young starlet Demi Lovato tweeted, “17 freaking bodyguards yesterday and I STILL got my hair pulled!!! Hahahahaha Venezuela you are INSANE!!! I love you guys.”

Her Twitter message came the day after her concert at the Universidad Metropolitana in Caracas, where fans were so excited they became a little grabby and reportedly tugged at her clothes and hair.

She took the ruckus like a pro however, and found humor the craziness.

As she flew over Venezuela she tweeted, “How BEAUTIFUL is Venezuela!!!!???” even adding a photo (see right).

After Venezuela, Lovato headed to Peru. She is currently on tour in Latin America and will perform in Brazil, Chile, Paraguay Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil again before two concerts in Mexico.

June 12, Lovato is scheduled to head back to the U.S. for 12 concerts before closing out her tour at Queen’s Park Savannah in Trinidad and Tobago.
