This last week, members of the Federal forces, supported by members of the Ministerial Police, conducted a major operation in Monterrey International Airport, where they managed to capture a leader of the Gulf Cartel.

The boss was identified as Osiel Azael Gonzalez Salas, who was accompanied by 11 offenders of his criminal drug cartel.  They arrived at the airport, returning from the beaches of Cancun, where they had enjoyed the Easter holidays and were taken into custody.
