The family of Jessica Rojas is not only grieving her violent end but also the two family members that were arrested by Springfield, Massachusetts court authorities after inciting a brawl at her alleged killers trial.

Yesterday, boyfriend and alleged killer, 30-year-old, Jose Santiago appeared in court for an arraignment.  While abc40 cameras were running Rojas’ father, 45-year-old Edwin Rojas, and her stepfather, 42-year-old Kenneth Soto assaulted Santiago and the guards protecting him.

Now the two family members are facing charges of assault, battery and disrupting a court proceeding.  They are currently out of jail on a personal recognizance bond. 

Rojas was allegedly stabbed and killed early Saturday morning.  Hours earlier the mother of four had celebrated her 25th birthday.
