The New York Giants’ salsa-dancing wide receiver has reportedly agreed to a book deal with The Penguin Group’s Celebra Books, which publishes books in both English and Spanish.
A representative from the IMG talent agency, which represents Victor Cruz told the New York Post, ‘Yes, we’ve reached an agreement in principle and are going to contract.’
With such an eventful year, Cruz’s book is likely to include his meteoric rise to fame and the inspiration that led him there.
Though he declined, the salsa-dancing Giant was invited to join the hit ABC show “Dancing With the Stars”. He was most recently a presenter at the Grammys on February 12.
It is said that Cruz’s memoir could be released at early as June, but that has not been confirmed.
