A Texas man was arrested Sunday after he tried to pay for a lap dance with crack cocaine after.

Ricardo Luna, 26, was reportedly arrested at an Austin strip club and charged with retaliation, resisting arrest, and harassment of a public servant after he attempted to pay a stripper in crack cocaine and then kicked a security guard who was escorting him out.

According to a local Fox News affiliate he affidavit says Luna also kicked a deputy and spit blood and saliva at the deputies.

Monday, Luna was still being held at Travis County jail on $45,000 bond.
