As fellow real housewives have proven time and time again, they won’t go away without a fight. After the first season of The Real Housewives of Miami debuted with less than stellar ratings and Bravo cut the season short after much criticism and poor viewer feedback, it seemed like this particular group of women would go into the Bravo vault along with The Real Housewives of Washington D.C. never to be seen or heard from again.
But Bravo has never made any statement on what the future of the show would be and the show was never officially canceled by the network. Now, according to The Hollywood Reporter, Bravo has renewed the series for a second season with three of the six original cast members returning to the show. Marysol Patton, Lea Black and Audriana de Moura will return for the new season while Larsa Pippen, Cristy Rice and Alexia Echevarria will just have to watch with everyone else.
