Three men have been arrested in connection to the kidnapping and assault of a pregnant 18-year-old police say they held for 9 days.
Police in Ceres, Calif. say that on Jan. 27, the pregnant victim’s boyfriend, 21-year-old Richard Garibay, found a message on her phone that upset him and he began beating her. During the beating he allegedly got a handgun and threatened to murder her.
One of Garibay’s friends then came into the room and they began discussing ways of disposing of her body. She was then tied up and threatened again, this time with a knife.
