The debut broadcast of the Univision television program “Q’Viva! The Chosen,” produced by singers Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony to find musical talent in Latin America, attracted an audience of 2.2 million, the network announced.
During the one-hour broadcast, Univision registered a 37 percent increase in its audience compared with the past three Saturdays.
The broadcast, Univision said, garnered a larger audience than the local affiliates of ABC, CBS, NBC and FOX combined in Miami and in New York among viewers in the key 18-49 and 18-34 demographics.
