It looks like Lindsay Lohan just can’t catch a break. Good thing she has some good attorneys on her side.
Us Weekly reports that Lohan that the incident allegedly happened in September, 2010. Nubia Del Carmen Preza, the nanny, is suing Lohan for allegedly hitting her while she was wheeling a stroller crossing a West Hollywood intersection. Lohan, apparently, ran a red light.
