On Monday and Tuesday several narcobanners appeared signed by the New Generation Jalisco Cartel, sending a message to the general public.- The Cartel sent the attached video with the message to denounce the rival Los Zetas cartel. Jalisco Cartel has a new subunit called Mata Zetas who is focused on killing Zetas. Jalisco Cartel believes the Zetas are negatively affecting hardworking, people who work honestly, and have created terror in the state of Veracruz and other parts of Mexico. They report that the recording was made in the state of Veracruz, by 30 men who are unknown, hooded, heavily armed, and all united to support the words of their leader, who delivered a very strong message.
