Organized crime has infiltrated the municipal police of Guadalupe , through the new women officers.

Once the Police Departments attempted sabotage was detected, female recruiting was immediately stopped.

“The Cartels were sending women to infiltrate us and so I stopped recruitment.” The Police Chief in Guadalupe said. The initial plan was to hire 60 females of which 30 positions had been filled.
