On Tuesday morning, police in Ciudad Victoria, Tamaulipas, received a call, informing them of a gruesome scene at a bridge. According to the call, the victims had been abandoned in the Beltway Juan Boca Captain. The two men had been executed and hung from the bridge.

The Mexican Army and Federal Police responded immediately and began performing the necessary investigations, questioning some of the motorists to see if they knew anything.

The victims had gunshot wounds to various parts of the body as well as signs that they were brutally tortured and their bodies were covered with black plastic bags.

The Narco message left with the Bodies was signed by the Zetas and authorities believe the two victims were from the rival Gulf Cartel.
