A 65-year-old man died from an apparent heart attack while standing in line in a Mexico City bank as other customers and most of the employees ignored what was happening, officials said.

Julian Vives Leon, who was identified by his brother, died on Tuesday, the Federal District Attorney’s Office said.

An ambulance was finally summoned, but Vives was dead when paramedics arrived, the DA’s office said.
