The Latino Gulf War veteran who was left brain dead after suffering a heart attack after being Tasered by Arizona police has died.
According to the attorney for Ernest Atencio’s family, the 44-year-old was taken off life support once his relatives had arrived to say goodbye. He passed away shortly after.
Antencio’s death comes as embattled Sheriff Joe Arpaio is facing questions not only regarding this came, but hundreds of sex crimes handle improperly, as well as allegations that he put in place and promotes racists or at least biased policies.
