Mexican and American authorities are confirming the kidnapping and killing of 57-year-old American Jorge Luis Dieppa in Juarez, Mexico.  Dieppa who was born in Puerto Rico and lived in El Paso, Texas went into Ciudad Juarez on July 5th to get his car fixed.

After that the story gets murky. His alleged Mexican exotic dancer girlfriend and her friends apparently kidnapped him for money.  Dieppa is married and a father of 21 and 14 year old sons.  Mexican authorities have confirmed they have arrested Lisabeth “La Liz” Nayeli Rodriguez, age 22 and two other men for the crime while others are still being sought.  The FBI is also investigating the case.

The kidnappers decided to kill him after he recognized the dancer that he had an on-and-off five-year relationship with.  He was repeatedly stabbed and his body found a day later.  The kidnappers nonetheless proceeded with ransom demands from the family, demanding $10,000 and having one of them pretend to be the deceased Dieppa – the ransom was not paid.
