A dismembered man was located on the side of a motorway in the state of Mexico.

The body was discovered in a black plastic bag, on the side of the road.  The victim was approximately 30 years old. 

According to the Medical Examiner staff,  the man’s feet, hands, and other parts were removed from his body.  It appeared that the man was tortured before he was killed. 

The man could not be identified.
