The Mexican Army’s ground surveillance conducted near the town of Chapala, in the municipality of Cosala, Sinaloa, discovered a Narco laboratory that was hidden in the grass.

Authorities confiscated the laboratory and made a major drug seizure.

They succeeded in securing 190 kilograms of methamphetamine, 69 kilograms of tartaric acid, 97 kilos 500 grams of white powder, 150 kilograms of sodium hydroxide, 200 kg of caustic soda, 600 liters of toluene, and other material used in the manufacture of drugs.

Authorities said the seizure of the laboratory dealt a major blow to organized crime in the state.
