The unlicensed “cosmetologist” that used paper towels and super glue to seal the wounds left by a botched cosmetic procedure to a now-dead woman’s rear-end, has been convicted of negligent homicide.

After Elsa Then, then58, injected a woman’s rear-end with silicone implants – though she did not have a license to do so – the woman died.

Bronx resident, Fiordaliza Pichardo, 43, died of cardiac arrest the day after Then tried to treat her festering wound with Krazy Glue and a Bounty paper towel, even asking the woman’s daughter to help.

To add insult to injury, at the wake for Pichardo, Then told the family that Pichardo’s death was actually a result of her smoking habit.

“Oh those cigarettes, I knew they were going to kill your mother,” she reportedly told Pichardo’s daughter at the service. “I told her to stop.”

The fake doctor then fled to the Dominican Republic where she remained for a year before being arrested.

Pichardo died on March 16, 2009, just one day after being injected by Then.

A sentencing hearing for Then is scheduled for December 12th.
