Two men that had been tortured and executed were found during the morning at kilometer 27 of the Road Juarez-Casas Grandes in Chihuahua. Elements of the Juarez Municipal Police and State Police arrived at the road section at the entrance of the Rancho La Campana.

The two boys were discovered with their pants down, wore no shirt, plus the eyes were covered.

At the crime scene authorities collected 17 shell casings.
