Gunmen reached the busy intersection Avenida Venustiano Carranza, in the center of Monterrey where they got out of the car. The criminals made a tortured young man kneel in the street and then they executed him.

The boy was about 20 years old. The body lay on the street and dozens of people had to witness what happened.

Elements of the Federal Police, State Police, Municipal Police and the State Investigation Agency surrounded the area.

So far those responsible for the execution have not been identified.
