Drug Cartels continue to cause bloodshed in the town of Cadereyta, Nuevo Leon, and authorities are unable catch those responsible.

The first discovery occurred at Kilometer 18 of Highway Cadereyta-Allende during the day.  The bodies of four men who had been tortured and shot to death were abandoned on the highway.

Authorities said they received an anonymous call in which they were told of the four people that were executed.

The four victims could not be identified so their bodies were taken to the amphitheater of the University Hospital.
