A couple is facing criminal charges for having sex on a public bus in Pennsylvania, after a woman said she ‘needed to see her boo’, who is currently jailed, but is part of a program that allows him to occasional leave on the condition he behave during the day and return.

Earlier this year, two Lycoming County Pre-release inmates Randell Lamar Peterson and Joshua Schill, along with Amanda Louise Confer and her infant daughter, boarded a public bus together.

According to accounts told to Detective Alberto E. Diaz and with evidence of the bus’ surveillance footage, Confer and Peterson then proceeded to sit to the rear of the bus. Confer then handed her daughter to Schill who was sitting near the couple.

Confer then began to hug and kiss Peterson, until Peterson stood up, unzipped his pants, and had Confer perform oral sex on him.

After a number of minutes of that sex act, Confer and Peterson proceeded to have intercourse.
