Tuesday morning in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, two men were left mutilated at the intersection of Pine Dry and Durango, in the colony Colinas del Sol .The authorities confirm that the men were tortured with extreme brutality. Their legs were cut off; they were shot and also beheaded. The heads of the unknown victims were placed in coolers. The four legs were found a few meters from the torsos of the victims, where they were marked with a number 10 on the back.
