A call came into emergency services reporting a rollover accident on the road to the Quarry. An ambulance was dispatched but when paramedics arrived on the scene, they realized that there was no mishap, but a body had been disposed of there. They discovered a female body had been thrown on the side of the street near the stream.

It was on the road to the quarry, before reaching UTCH facilities that the paramedics, found the body and they immediately called authorities.

The area was cordoned off and the investigation into the murder was started.

The victim has not been identified so far. Her face was covered by duct tape and her hands were tied indicating the victim had been tortured. She was wearing a blue blouse and jeans.
