Monday, the XVI Pan American Games began! The major international multi-sport event between athletes from all nations in the Americas will be held in Guadalajara, Mexico and Terra, will have the most complete live stream coverage of the competition beginning today until October 30th. The inaugural ceremony and all of the games will be available in HD (high definition) in both English and Spanish.

Users will be able to watch all the sporting events through a media player directly on Terra.com. Comprehensive digital coverage will be offered through a multi-screen video player where users will be able to watch the live coverage on up to 13 different channels simultaneously. The page will also have the capacity of a PIP (picture in picture) so users can enjoy more than one event at the same time.

Users will also have access to information in “Real Time,” like the total medal count, the schedule for each competition, all the latest news and special professional sports commentary. On that same Pan-Am page users can find “video on demand,” and find all the stats, study records and athlete bios, and look at pictures, videos and news.
