3 La Linea Cartel Members Arrested in Ciudad Juarez

Federal Police Officers nabbed three subjects as they were trying to put a narcobanners in Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua. Reports indicate that the offenders arrived at the Lomas de San José, where police were conducting routine security patrols. They noticed the cartel members trying to hang a street Narco message. The soldiers rushed to capture the three men, who intended to leave the Narco banners hanging. The signs were intended for members of the Sinaloa cartel, and were signed by The Line, a cartel described as the most bloodthirsty in Chihuahua. They confessed that they were going to be paid a hundred dollars for placing the narco message.


The detainees said they belonged to the group The Aztecs, which belongs to La Linea. They were identified as Jose Rosario Flores Morales, aka The Little, 23, Jose Miguel Venegas Hernandez, aka El Cholo, 23, and Jose Luis Meza Lozano, aka The Black, 31, who was deported two weeks ago to Mexico after authorities in the United States found him trying to enter the US illegally.
