On Thursday, July 7, 2011 at approximately 3:30 p.m., a male black offender approached a group of children as they were walking home from McKinley Park. The offender pulled along side of the children, offered them money, and asked them to get into his vehicle. The children refused and ran home. The offender was last seen driving a Red Honda sedan with a dark interior and possible rear hood spoiler.
The offender is a male black 20-30 years of age, 5’11 - 6’01 tall, with dark brown complexion and short black Afro styled hair. The offender was last seen wearing a white colored shirt and blue jeans with a gold chain and white colored earring. The offender also appeared to have tattoos on his right arm and neck.

• Be aware of this situation and alert neighbors in the area about the crime.
• If possible, don’t walk alone and stay in well lit areas.
• Call 911 to report any suspicious person(s), vehicle(s) or activity in your
neighborhood.
• Call 911 and provide a detailed description of the offender(s) including the vehicle
description and license plate information.
