Alderman Ray Suarez (31st Ward) invites the senior citizens to stay healthy and come and visit his Annual Senior Citizen’s Health Fair, on Friday, October 14, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at St. Genevieve Church located 2451 N. Lamon St. (Maher Hall).
Seniors will have the opportunity to receive their Flu Shots and check their Cholesterol levels & Blood pressure, with other screenings. Information will be provided on how to obtain emergency medical services plus how to be safe in the home and how to lead a healthier lifestyle.
Approximately, 35 agencies will participate this year, Alderman Suarez states, “It is important to offer these free services for seniors to stay healthy and maintain
their well-being”.
