An armed commando attacked at dawn where the elements of the federal police were guarding the premises of the newspaper El Siglo de Torreón in Coahuila.

The shooting began while police elements were on patrol outside the newspaper.

“They shot at federal police who were guarding outside,” said a source from the newspaper, adding that they could not ensure that the attack was against them.
