On Sunday, the 85th Academy Awards honored actors and filmmakers, and the night was not without some Latin flavor.

Salma Hayek announced this year’s Governors Award winners after they were honored earlier last week. The sexy Latina interestingly wore a golden tiara in her hair, which has been labeled by some as the “Worst Accessory” of the night, and an Alexander McQueen.

As for winners, Argo, based largely on the story of Canadian operative Tony Mendez, won the night’s biggest award, Best Picture. It also won for Best Film Editing, and brought Chris Terrio the Oscar for Best Adapted Screenplay.

Claudio Miranda took home the Oscar for Cinematography for his work on Life of Pi. The film also brought Ang Lee the award for Best Directing and Mychael Danna the award for Best Original Score. The film also won for Best Visual Effects.

Inocente won Best Documentary Short. Inocente<em> is the story of an undocumented homeless teen living in the U.S. looking to art to get her through each day.

The award for Best Documentary Feature went to Malik Bendjelloul and Simon Chinn for <em>Searching for Sugar Man. The documentary was about the singer Rodriguez who fell off the map after his record label dropped him. Despite his disappearance, a cult following developed in South Africa and two men set out to find Rodriguez in the U.S.
