Following the discovery of two bodies left in plastic bags on the side of the local road-Papaloapan Tuxtepec, in the town St. Teresa, the Deputy Regional Basin, Juan Perez Sanchez, confirmed that both victims lived in Tres Valles, Veracruz.

On the edge of the asphalt were three black bags, containing severed remains of human bodies, among other evidence, which were duly recorded by the Public Prosecutor.
