he Attorney General of the State of Chihuahua reported that they have captured Bernardino Diaz Nestor Torres, 14 years old, who is implicated in the murder of Sergio Muñoz Leonel Gutierrez, a Municipal Police Officer. Authorities said the child was caught thanks to information generated by a reward they offered. A judge Specializing in Adolescent Offenders, started the process against him for murder with additional charges being sought for injury to his widow and brother.

Nestor will remain in the Detention Center for Adolescent Offenders, if found guilty could serve a maximum sentence of 15 years in prison.
