A Spanish octogenarian’s frightening and now famous “restoration” of the Ecce Homo has reached new heights.

This weekend, Saturday Night Live’s, Kate McKinnon took on the role of Cecelia Gimenez, the woman responsible for the botched art restoration now known as Beast Jesus.

As “Weekend Update” host Seth Meyers giggled, Gimenez explained to everyone that she spoke with Jesus before starting the restoration and that he looks exactly as she painted him – a “round monkey face” with shark eyes, and hair like a scarf.
