Nominations for the XIII Annual Latin Grammy Awards’ 47 categories and 18 fields were announced Tuesday at the Belasco Theater in downtown Los Angeles. The event was hosted by The Latin Recording Academy President/CEO Gabriel Abaroa Jr., and Univision’s Giselle Blondet.

With another 6 nominations this year, the 55-year-old singer, songwriter, and producer from the Dominican Republic, Juan Luis Guerra has received the most nominations.
As one of the most internationally recognized Latin artists in recent history, Guerra has sold more than 30 million records, won 12 Latin Grammy Awards, two Grammys, and two Latin Billboard Music Awards,
Guerra is also a UNESCO Artist for Peace and has been awarded an honorary doctorate from his alma mater, Berklee College of Music.
The 13th Annual Latin Grammy Awards are scheduled for November 15 in Las Vegas and is set to be televised by Univision.
