A severed head was found on the corner of Mortars and March of the colony Rodriguez Alcaine. At about seven o’clock in the evening, residents of that area found the human remains and notified authorities.
The unidentified man was wearing black Bermuda shorts, boxers of the same color and a green shirt and was barefoot.
