California officials have approved a bill which will allow some undocumented immigrants to get a driver’s license.  According to MSNBC, the bill specifies those immigrants who arrived in the U.S. before they turned 16 and have not been convicted of a felony. It passed Thursday in a 55-15 vote before it went to Gov. Jerry Brown.
