The body of a man with signs of torture and a gunshot shot in the head was found yesterday afternoon inside a plastic bag on State Road Pachivia-Ixcateopan San Martín, in the municipality of Cuauhtémoc Ixcateopan.

According to early reports, the discovery was made thanks to an anonymous call alerting a bagged body beside the road.

The body, with obvious signs of torture and at least one shot in the head, was in a clear plastic bag, indicating that the murder happened between 3 and 4 days ago.
