Terror gripped the streets of this town, when a group of gunmen arrived at a local gas station and opened fire with many gunshots. Next the gunmen went to the Municipal Public Security Bureau (DSPMs) where they opened fire on the police commander.

The City Hall is located on the second floor of the building and was in full council session. Panic was immense as those present fled in terror for their lives.
