Armando Christian Perez, better known as Pitbull the Cuban-American rapper, is known for being a tough guy so Lindsay Lohan better know what she’s getting herself into engaging him in a legal battle.
Apparently Lindsay isn’t happy with one line from the rapper’s new song “Give Me Everything” which she claims defames her. Stop the snickering its hard to allege someone else is disparaging you when you have done such a good job at it yourself.
However, the lawsuit Lohan filed claims “condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements” in the lyrics are “destined to do irreparable harm to [her].” Apparently the lyric “Hustlers move aside, so I’m tiptoein’ , keep flown’/ I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan” set her off.
The lawsuit also names the songs other writers Ne-Yo and Afrojack and is seeking unspecified damages and for the song to not be played.
