      <description>&lt;p&gt;A new report from the National Center for Education Statistics shows that a record number of people are obtaining their college degree including Latinos and African American students.&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;In 1995 only 25.7 percent of Americans between the ages of 25&#45;to&#45;29 had a college degree in 2012 33.5 percent had obtained a degree.&amp;nbsp; The report shows young women had made the most leaps in increasing the numbers of women with college degrees&lt;/p&gt;
