        <p>On the eve of his inauguration for another four-year term, Ecuadorian President Rafael Correa said Thursday that he will not run again in 2017.</p>

<p>&#8220;We are all necessary, but nobody is indispensable,&#8221; the 50-year-old head of state said in a television interview, expressing confidence that his Alianza Pais movement will have found a new leader by the time the next presidential election rolls around.</p>

        <p>Taco Bell appears to be wooing &#8220;<a href="http://racked.com/archives/2013/05/20/taco-bell-targets-blist-models-with-jewelry-weird-love-notes.php" title="a handful of special ladies">a handful of special ladies</a>&#8221; with gold rings that say &#8220;Taco&#8221; and &#8220;Bell,&#8221; but why?</p>

<p>Apparently, someone at the fast food chain spotted &#8220;models&#8221; who liked their food and simply obtained their address somehow and sent the gold rings along with letters.</p>

<p>Model Chrissy Teigen recently posted a photo on the rings and letter she received.</p>

<p>Her handwritten letter reads:</p>

<blockquote><p><em>Chrissy,<br />
A wise woman once said, &#8220;If you liked it then you should have put a ring on it.&#8221; We like you. So we wanted to give you this custom Taco Bell ring. Only a handful of special ladies like yourself are getting this ring, so treasure it. Hopefully, John is okay with out blossoming relationship. You&#8217;re funny, cool, and you like Taco Bell.</p></blockquote><p></em></p>

<p>We&#8217;re not exactly sure who John is, but we&#8217;re assuming he is Chrissy&#8217;s boyfriend.</p>

      <title>STUDY:&amp;nbsp; Latino Teen Birth Rate Drop Dramatically</title>

        <p>A new government study by the <a href="http://www.healthfinder.gov/News/Article.aspx?id=676628&amp;source=govdelivery" title="U.S. National Center for Health Statistics">U.S. National Center for Health Statistics</a> shows that teen birth rates have plummeted especially for Hispanic teen girls.</p>

<p>The teen birth rate from 1991 to 2011 dropped by 50 percent from every 62 birth per 1,000 teens to 31 births for every 1,000 teens.&nbsp; The decrease was equally dramatic from 2007 to 2011 – the most recent timeframe for the study.</p>

        <p>Nine-year-old Antonia Candelaria is the first Oklahoma tornado victim to be buried.&nbsp; The Plaza Towers third-grader lost her life on Monday when a EF-5 tornado hit Moore, Oklahoma leveling her school. The death toll stands at 24, 10 of which are children.</p>

<p>In Candelaria’s obituary the family describe the special friendship between Antonia and her best friend Emily Conatzer who also perished in the tornado.</p>
